Keith H. Bott
Keith H. Bott is the owner and principal inspector at Methodical Home Inspections, LLC. Keith purchased his first out-of-state rental property in 2004 and his interest in real estate grew from there. After a lackluster experience he had while purchasing his own home, Keith knew he could do better than the status quo and decided to pursue a career as a home inspector. He truly enjoys teaching clients about their prospective homes and considers himself a home consultant as much as an inspector.
Certified & Licensed
Keith is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (NACHI21032529) and licensed by the State of New Jersey (License# 24GI00231000). He also holds an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and a master's degree from The City University of New York (CUNY).
Military Service
Keith is a proud veteran who spent seven years in US Army. As an infantry officer, he was a member of the famed 82nd Airborne Division and served two tours in Iraq. His military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star, Expert Infantryman Badge, Combat Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge, and Ranger Tab.
